Welcome to Infrared Sauna Expert. I’m Matt Justice. This site brings together my sauna reviews, testing videos and practical buying guides to help you compare equipment before making a large purchase.
Start with the buying guide
If you are new to infrared saunas, start with the Best Infrared Sauna Reviews guide. It explains how to choose a shortlist, compare cabin sizes, plan electrical work and read warranty terms. It also separates older hands-on testing from information about newer product generations.
Already choosing between two brands?
How to use the reviews
Watch the original videos to see which cabin was tested and how. Check the model, generation and measurement conditions before applying an older result to a current product. Manufacturer specifications and personal observations answer different questions; neither replaces the installation instructions or a current safety notice.
If you own or are considering a Radiant Health Elite or Pause, read the manufacturer’s recall instructions before use. A historical recommendation does not override a stop-use notice.
How to read the testing evidence
The site contains three different kinds of information. Original hands-on observations describe the particular sauna shown in the review footage, including practical details such as seating, entry and controls. Manufacturer specifications describe the model and regional version in the linked document. Buying guidance explains how to compare fit, cost, installation and support. A specification-based comparison does not mean every model has been personally retested.
For an EMF comparison, look for the exact model and generation, meter, field type, units, distance, measurement locations and operating settings. A result without those details is not a reproducible comparison. The EMF guide explains the questions to ask. Older footage remains useful as a historical record; a newer date on an article does not turn that footage into a new product test.
Dates, offers and corrections
The visible update date marks changes to the written article. Check the context around an embedded video and the date of any manufacturer document. Current quotes, manuals and safety notices take priority over an offer or specification mentioned in old footage.
Some review pages include referral links. Read the disclosure on the relevant page and compare the final delivered quote, seller and return terms. A referral offer is not a guarantee of the lowest price or a particular result.
To report a factual error, use the contact form with the page URL, exact model and supporting manufacturer document. Please leave out private medical information. Product service and recall questions should go directly to the responsible manufacturer.
Original welcome video
This is the introductory video originally published with this page. Product recommendations and offers mentioned in older footage may have changed; use the updated written guides for current buying context.
Practical next steps
Measure your intended space and delivery route, decide how many people will use the cabin together, and ask two sellers for complete written quotes. Include the model number, interior dimensions, power requirements, delivery, assembly and warranty. The wood types guide helps with materials questions, and the detox binders guide explains the evidence and limitations behind that common question.
