Best Infrared Sauna Reviews Compare Sauna Brands Understand EMF Testing
Start with the buying guide
The complete infrared sauna guide compares the decisions that matter: heater type, usable bench space, electrical requirements, delivery, materials, warranty and current product information. Use it to build a shortlist before requesting quotes.
Compare the models behind the brand names
Our comparison library covers brands including Clearlight, Sunlighten, Radiant Health, JNH and Dynamic. Model generations differ, so a review of an older cabin should not be treated as a test of every product a brand sells today.
What the reviews tell you
Where available, reviews preserve the original videos and firsthand observations about the tested unit. Updated buying sections explain current specifications and important changes using manufacturer documents and other primary sources. We distinguish historical testing from current buying guidance.
A low EMF reading alone does not establish overall safety or medical benefit. The EMF testing guide explains how to compare meters, units, measurement positions and reports.
